Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.

Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

• Customers are required to arrive at least 1 hour prior to your entering time to check in. No late allowed.
• Antelope Canyon does not allow any bags to be brought on the walking tour.
• Tripods, monopods or selfie sticks are not allowed.
• Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed.
• If the canyon is closed due to heavy snow or rain, we will refund you fully afther receive the official notification from local office.
• If you are planning to travel during the holidays (New Year/Christmas), place make the reservation at least one month in advance.
• Due to the high demand and the restrictions on the number of visitors for each time slot, the actual entry time may be adjusted even after confirmation, especially at peak season.
• If there are any issues or questions in the voucher redemption process after arriving the Antelope Canyon, Please do not hesitate to contact us at the earliest time.
• It is recommended to book as early as possible due to the high demand of Antelope Canyon tickets
• It is recommended to bring: bottled water, sunscreen, comfortable shoes and hat
• Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of the tour.
• Cameras are welcome but please no tripods, monopods and selfie sticks, No bags, umbrellas and pets or service animals.
• No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals.
• Will get a full refund if it is closed due to bad weather
• If the time period you booked is sold out, We will inform other available options by Email/SMS or you can choose to cancel and full refund
