Daylight Saving Time (DST) in MOST of the United States starts on the 2nd Sunday in March and ends on the 1st Sunday in November.
Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley are part of Navajo Nation, which is mostly in Arizona. But Antelope Canyon does NOT apply DST, while Monument Valley does. What? Why? (Feel free to skip to the next paragraph if you do not want to read detailed explaination) Arizona does not apply daylight saving time, so the time remains the same throughout the year. California, Nevada and Utah, on the contrary, do apply daylight saving time. Antelope Canyon, which is in Page, a lucky town in Arizona, applies the time zone used in the rest of Arizona. So no DST in Antelope Canyon. However, daylight saving time is in effect at Monument Valley, which sits on the border between Arizona and Utah.
During DST (sometime between the middle of March and the beginning of November), Monument Valley's local time is one hour ahead of that of Antelope Canyon. While in the rest of year, times at those two attractions are the same.
