How To Use
- Time Gap in between Tour: 1 Hours 25 Minutes
- Please arrive at the airport 30 minutes early and bring your trip confirmation and valid ID to check in.
- Passengers weighing 300lbs (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) or more will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat.

What is the cancellation policy?
Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Federal law prohibits hazardous materials from being transported on aircraft including checked and carry-on baggage. Items such as explosives, ammunition, compressed gases, aerosols, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers organic peroxides, toxic and infectious materials, radioactive materials, corrosives, poisons, wet and lithium batteries, e-cigarettes, dry-ice and many other articles are considered hazardous.
- Personal items such as deodorant, hairspray, nail polish, perfume and certain medicines although considered hazardous are permitted in baggage in limited quantities. Some items such as spare lithium batteries and e-cigarettes are allowed as carry-on but are forbidden in checked baggage.
- During Upper Antelope Canyon Tour, You must always stay with your tour guide for your safety.
- Pregnant Women are HIGHLY discouraged due to the strenuous nature of activities.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Antelope is one of the most famous photography sites，please follow their rules：no picture taking on the stairs；always follow the Navajo tour guide；do not write on the canyon walls，do not litter，do not bring a tripod；do not climb the rocks. If you fail to follow these rules you will be sent back to the car, refunds will not be provided.
- Masks are Required on tour and always worn while on the premises (inside AND outside of the building). Facial mask(s) must cover nose and mouth. No mask - No Tour!
- What to bring: Photo Identification Card, Closed-Toed Shoes, Sunscreen, Hat, Jacket for cold weathers.
- NO bags are allowed during Upper Antelope Canyon tour! Only CLEAR bags that can see-through are allowed. The guest who does NOT follow the rule will not be allowed on the tour.
- Tours may be canceled due to bad weather; in which case a full refund will be issued.
- Your tour guide will contact you before 8pm the day before departure, to double confirm pickup location and time. If you don't receive a call or SMS, please contact us.
- Please confirm pickup location with hotel staff the day before, and arrive at least 10 minutes early. There will be no refund if customers misses the pickup due to failure to contact us. If the pickup vehicle is late, please call us immediately.
- No luggage allowed on the one day and two day tour, in case there is a temporary security check on the way. Please deposit luggage at the hotel.
- During the trip, the tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of any uncontrollable circumstances.
- Car seat are free for children under 8 years old, please note that the child's age when ordering.
- All tickets need to be purchased at the time of order, or paid by the tour guide in cash, cannot use tickets purchased by yourself
