The London Dungeon is a uniquely thrilling attraction that will whisk you way back to the capital's most perilous past. See, hear, feel and (ahem!) smell the chillingly amusing characters of the 'bad old days' as they come to life before you.

With thirteen scarily true stories and two thrilling rides, guests will come face to face with London’s most notorious historical characters including Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and Jack the Ripper. Be prepared for a ‘hangy’ ending as you plummet to your doom on the exhilarating vertical drop ride; Drop Dead. Will you lose yourself in fear or in mirth? Either way, it's not looking good for your underwear.

Then with your heart still pumping, why not collapse into a well-cushioned chair in our Victorian Tavern? Themed cocktails are available like the spell-binding Hex on the Beach or dangerously delicious Ripper’s Revenge. That will help you forget the terrible deeds of the day!
- It took a team of over 300 hundred people to bring to life the new London Dungeon including more than 100 builders from 43 different trades, designers, engineers, script writers, theatre directors, costume designers and make up artists.
- The new attraction is more than a third bigger and over 90 minutes delivers 1000 years of history in 18 shows performed by 20 actors with plenty of shocks and surprises and two state of the art thrill rides.
- Giant precision cutting blades were needed to break through solid six foot thick walls to create some of the new show spaces including a lofty 16 metre tall, 14 metre wide recreation of London's mediaeval city gates.
- And builders bored through three stories to literally drop the deadly dark drop ride, aptly named Drop Dead, in place.
- The stunningly realistic cadaver in the Surgeon’s operating theatre cost 10,000 to make and each hair is individually inserted.
- Legendary British actor, Brian Blessed, will play murderous monarach, Henry the 8th for the very first time when he appears virtually via a high-tech 3D projection.
- 13 replica skulls are featured throughout the attraction, along with a healthy smattering of full skeletons and severed limbs.
- There are 593 tiny metal spikes in the torture chair in the torture chamber and the resident torturer has more than 70 torture implements at his disposal.
- A damp dungeon atmosphere permeates through the attraction with ceilings that have been specially created to drip.
- 35 nooses hang from the noose room ceiling, 26 rusty keys jangle in the Jailor's room and more than 200 tankards and glasses line the shelves of the Ten Bells Pub.

- Mandatory instructions: The London Dungeon experience is largely delivered by actors and voiceover audio, often in low light levels. Therefore guests with low vision, a visual impairment or hearing difficulties may struggle to experience the attraction fully. Assistance dogs are permitted but due to safety regulations are not permitted on rides. Remember to bring the voucher. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (+18).
