What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- You can choose between a Day Pass that includes the entrance to Atlantis Aquaventure (but not Lost Chambers) or a Superpass which also includes the entrance to the Lost Chambers. Select the option of your choice at checkout
- Locker and towel rentals are available
- Swimwear and sporty dress code
- All people over 1.2m are required to purchase an adult ticket
- Aquaventure Waterpark entrance is via the avenues and you can find complimentary parking (based on availability) at Aquaventure Waterpark Parking next to Nasimi car park
- Infants (age 0-2) have free admission and do not need a ticket
- Child tickets must be purchased with at least 1 adult ticket
- Operating hours are subject to change depending on the season and/or required maintenance
- Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the experience begins.
