What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals
Other important information
- Pickup process:
- 1. When your guest arrives at the ATTA counter, please present your confirmation slip to the counter staff or provide the name and passport information corresponding to the order.
- 2. Our staff will take photos of the guest for evidence purposes and contact the pick-up driver immediately.
- 3. The driver will arrive at the pick-up point in approximately 10-15 minutes and will pick up guests on time.
- 4. Once the driver arrives, the pick-up person will assist the guests to the car to ensure that their journey is safe and smooth.
- Please show your ORDER and PASSPORT, the attendant will lead you to the car after verification.
