What if you miss the appointed time or departure date?
Once the booking is confirmed, an absence or failure to show up on the scheduled date or time is a no-show. No refunds or reschedules will be issued for no-shows and late arrivals

- ARTIS Amsterdam Royal Zoo is open daily including holidays
- 1st March to 31st October: from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. 1st November to 28th February: from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Every Saturday in June, July and August: from 9.00 am to sunset. Holidays: 31st December from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm; 1 January from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
