We made the decision to see the Upper Canyon over the Lower Canyon because there were too many stairs (@180), including ladders, to descend into the Lower Canyon and I was/am having problems with my left hip. Entering the Upper Canyon was flat terrain. The Canyon itself was spectacular.. There is no such thing as a bad picture - every direction you turned was something else that was gorgeous. We had a wonderful tour director, Leo, who helped us frame the best pictures and showed us different interpretations of the rock formations. I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this trip.
